Investing in trees benefits to all of us

Maderas Nobles de la Sierra de Segura, S.A. is a company of sustainable silviculture of leafy species for the obtaining of high quality hardwood and environmental regeneration, which also offers to the society an alternative saving product with active, ethical, ecological, sure and high profitability. Maderas Nobles de la Sierra de Segura applies the most advanced and respectful techniques with the environment in order to transform the grafts into logable trees in the term of 20 years. Our first plantation is located in the municipality of Alcaraz (mountains of Sierra del Segura, province of Albacete), in lands property of the company and with a suitable geographical and climatic environment.

The walnuts trees ready to be planted there and their cares are sold in lots of 10 units quoted with the price of 3.304 Euros (included taxes). With this only payment, the client pays the property and the cares of his trees, in the own plantation of Maderas Nobles and on the part of the company, during 20 years of the productive cycle, at the end of which Maderas Nobles also takes charge of the felling, the pruning and the administration of sale of the timber in favour of the holder. The client can also sell his trees in any moment, for his account or in the secondary market of Maderas Nobles. The purchase of lots of walnuts is covered with all the possible and necessary guarantees and safety measures.

The profitability for the client is considered between 7 and 19 cumulative annual % for these 20 years, due to the high and constant revaluation of the hardwood. This information doesn't suppose contractual guarantee. The benefit for the society and for the environment will be, even bigger. The sustainable plantations of Maderas Nobles generate new arboreal mass, oxygen, padded and fertile soil, rural employment, environmental conscientiousness... Also, the raw material supply coming from this sustainable forest administration will contribute to reduce the impact of the timber industry in forests and virgin forests in danger in the world.
